A circulation pump transports water into the system. Passing previously through a pre-filtration system that eliminates all suspended solids larger than 5 microns. After this filtration process, the water is transported to the membranes. A high pressure pump provides enough pressure so that the salt present in the water is retained when the flow passes through the membranes.
The water produced by the system is analyzed using a salinometer, ensuring that only fresh water is sent to the tank. The safety system is activated automatically by a solenoid valve. When the salinity level of the produced water exceeds the wanted values, the water is expelled through the rejection water outlet.
The system performance may vary due to: Pressure, temperature and the nature of the membranes.
Production from 1.500 to 24.000 litres per day.
